Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us at  douglasbakes07@gmail.com
 within 5 – 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests should be generated within 5 – 7 days of item delivery.
  • We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted for issues related to size or quality.
  • Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to verify the issue and process your return request promptly.
  • We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.
  • Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Note: If the return does not comply with our policy, no replacement or refund will be provided, and we reserve the right to withhold any funds already received.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
  • For credit card or net banking payments, the refund will be credited to the same account.
  • Refund Will Be processed and credited with in 5 – 7 days to the orginal sources of payment method

  • For defective, damaged, or not as ordered products, we only provide return . Once the return is accepted, the refund amount be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
